What are the earrings made of?

Are the earrings heavy?

We are really lightweight! Despite the complexity of the designs, most of the earrings weigh less than 3 grams on each side.

I do not have any piercings. Do you have clip-on option?

Because of the way these earrings are made, only selected designs come with clip-on options (a fancy way of saying you can attach them without needing pierced ears!). So, as you browse our earrings, keep an eye out for those special options!

Shipping & Deliveries

Please allow 2 - 4 business days for handling and preparation before shipping. (We KNOW how hard it is to wait for beautiful pieces. Do give us time to do a final check before shipping them out!)

Singpost SmartPac will be used for our deliveries. You'll receive a tracking number once we send your package off!

Return Policy

If you've received an item that is incorrect or has defects, please kindly email us at willowsclayco@gmail.com along with details such as:

- Order number

- Photo of the defect / wrong item

We will contact you with instructions. Returns for incorrect items are only accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Unfortunately, we are unable to process exchanges due to hygiene reasons.
